Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Meeting Intelligence Reports ("Reports") and related services offered by Concis Labs, LLC ("Concis Labs", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Hampshire with its principal place of business at 312 Sugar Hill Rd, Hopkinton NH 03229. By purchasing a Report you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Concis Labs attends publicly held Medicaid Drug Utilization Review (DUR), Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T), and related committee meetings, records and transcribes the proceedings where permitted, and produces written summaries and analyses organized by therapeutic category. Upon payment, you will receive a PDF report covering the meeting and therapeutic category specified at checkout.
2. Delivery
Reports are prepared manually by a Concis Labs analyst and are typically delivered by email within six (6) hours of payment confirmation. If delivery is materially delayed, we will notify you by email and you may request a refund under Section 6.
3. License & Permitted Use
On delivery, Concis Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use license to the Report. You may share the Report with employees, officers, and directors of the purchasing company for internal business purposes. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the Report outside of your organization without our written consent.
4. Accuracy & Sources
Reports are derived from publicly available meeting proceedings and represent our good-faith analysis of what was discussed. We do not warrant that Reports are complete or free of error and they are not intended as legal, medical, regulatory, or investment advice.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Concis Labs does not store or handle your full payment card details. All prices are in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. Refunds
Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered. For specific exceptions and our full refund policy, see our Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concis Labs' aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Reports is limited to the amount you paid for the Report giving rise to the claim. In no event will Concis Labs be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Merrimack County, New Hampshire.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
