Concis Labs, LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our Meeting Intelligence Reports and the meetings.concislabs.com website.
1. Information We Collect
- Order information: the meeting, therapeutic category, email address, and company name you submit at checkout.
- Payment information: your billing name, billing address, and the last four digits of your payment card. Full card details are collected and stored by Stripe, Inc.; we do not see or store them.
- Email correspondence: any messages you send us at support@concislabs.com or that we send to deliver your Report.
- Server logs: standard web-server logs containing IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps, retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging.
2. How We Use Information
- To process your payment and deliver the Report you purchased.
- To issue invoices and receipts suitable for business expensing.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights and property.
3. How We Share Information
- Stripe (payment processing). Stripe's privacy practices are governed by its own privacy policy.
- Resend (transactional email delivery).
- Vercel (website hosting).
- Legal obligations: we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Concis Labs or others.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Retention
We retain order records and invoices for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (generally seven years). You may request deletion of other personal information by emailing support@concislabs.com; we will honor requests to the extent consistent with our legal obligations.
5. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email support@concislabs.com.
6. Children
Our service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
