Refund Policy
Meeting Intelligence Reports are digital goods prepared to order by Concis Labs, LLC. Because each Report represents custom analytical work, all sales are final once the Report has been delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
When We Will Issue a Refund
- Non-delivery. If you do not receive your Report within 24 hours of successful payment and you have checked your spam folder and confirmed the email address on your order, we will issue a full refund.
- Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally purchase the same Report more than once, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.
- Material error. If the delivered Report does not correspond to the meeting and therapeutic category you ordered, we will either correct and re-send the Report or, at your option, issue a full refund.
How to Request
Email support@concislabs.com within seven (7) days of payment, including the Stripe session reference or receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can resolve most issues quickly and directly.
